So, the question is, WHAT IS AN ASSET AND WHAT IS A LIABILITY?

ASSETS

An asset is ANYTHING THAT BRINGS MONEY INTO YOUR MONEY eg royalty or shares or infoproduct or online courses or real estate, whatever brings money into your pocket, is AN ASSET

LIABILITIES

A liablility is WHATEVER TAKES MONEY FROM YOUR POCKET OR AWAY FROM YOU!

The following you think are assets are actually liabilities, which i will mention below

1. House

2. Car

3. Children etc

shocked? i was when i first learning about WEALTH BUILDING

Think carefully, don't they take money from you every single time? eg Unless you run your home as a rent, it is a liability especially if you need to make repairs

what of your car? Fuelling it, repairing takes money from you

Kids? going to school and their daily needs do every single time

Is it their fault? NOOO, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to take care of them 

What I do.

I turn my kids into AN ASSET by CREATING A PASSIVE INCOME FOR THEM and then teach them on how money works and how to be FINANCIALLY SMART TO CREATE ASSETS FOR THEMSELVES, thereby SECURING THEIR FUTURE

How to Generate TripleClicks Sales

Welcome to another teaching on how to succeed in SFI by increasing your income via TC sales.

For new visitors or affiliates, TC means TripleClicks which is SFI E commerce site, by which they generate sales to pay their affiliates every week or month depending on how you work the whole system.

Every affiliate is given this store to make money on his own and he/she is paid 52% of the commission volume of any item his referral purchases eg if your referral buys a product in which the commission volume CV is $100 SFI immediately pays you $52 in your SFI account for you to withdraw on the 10th of every month when we are paid.

You have 10 of that and you will smile home with $520. How cool can that be? Super cool.

I have made up to 25TC sales so far and still working for more to help others.

So the question arises 'How do I generate TC Sales then?'

You see if you don't get trained to learn how to market TC Sales you will never generate any TC sales. How then did I do it?

1. You must understand the true meaning of selling.
Selling is NOT just about blasting your advert all over the net and sitting back for sales to start trolling in, you are wrong!

Selling is all about serving others via the TC products that can help them solve their problems and how do you do that?

A. You must first understand the needs and the problems of your customers. If you are not interested in knowing what troubles them, YOU CAN NEVER PROFER ANY PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS to them. So let that be your ultimate desire.

B. Know PRECISELY who your audience is. You must be SPECIFIC. You are not sent to EVERYBODY BUT TO THE FEW and it is those few,you are to concentrate on and nothing more.

It is better to have 300 people that will fetch you $3,000 than 3,000 people giving you $300. This is what the power of few does.

C. Build a rapport with your prospects in sincerity of friendship than in hunting to use them to make sales. it will never work.

All my TC sales came from relationships i build with my prospects.

D. Never sell what you can never buy or use. If a TC product works and helps you, there is the tendency that the same will help a client like you.
